Healthcare manufacturing facility incorporating major clean room areas and testing facilities. The first phase was won by competitive tender. Phases 2 and 3 were negotiated and undertaken on a fast track basis.
This was Boston Scientific’s first manufacturing and research and development facility researching the use of drug-eluting stents to treat blockages of coronary arteries.
The total area of the project was 32,430 sq.m.

- Phase 2 11,00 including 8,000m.sq. Class 10,000 Clean room
- Phase 3 15,000 including 11,000m.sq. Class 10,000 Clean room
