Phase 1 of the DUB10 Data Centre campus located Dublin West, next to the M50 motorway and opposite the Park West Business Campus.
A design and build contract for a 30MW Data Centre, and the extensive site infrastructure works, roads and landscaping across the full data centre campus.
A structural steel frame with concrete cores, Kingspan roofing and cladding with strip windows and curtain walling; and extensive external multi storey and roof mounted gantry plant areas. The building fit-out works includes an Office Admin area and the white wall panels, doors and secondary steel grid system for forming electrical support rooms.
