Located in Ballymun, Dublin 9, this mixed-use scheme involved the development of a 2,587m2 two storey Lidl supermarket and office accommodation with customer car park alongside. The development also included a separate new build 361-bedroom student accommodation.

The works included the full fit-out of the retail store and completion of the offices to Cat A.
