The building was completed to a shell + core standard by the developer with the services installed to a Cat A standard. The new fit out involved the reuse and relocation of these existing services, along with the installation of new services.

The innovative architectural design specified a wide range of different finishes for each element of the building, requiring exceptional coordination and detailing. The key challenge on this project was the intensity of the finishes that had to be carefully managed and executed within a demanding programme. Our team worked closely with the designers and subcontractors to ensure all of the details and interfaces were considered and finished to the highest standard.
