IDA Advanced Technology Unit

IDA Ireland is responsible for industrial development in Ireland. To facilitate this they construct advanced units to attract future clients.

Walls Construction won the competitive tender to construct the Advance Technology Unit and associated services for the IDA premises in Waterford.

The development took place on their 28 hectare Business and Technology Park. The unit was completed to shell & core level and was designed and constructed to achieve LEED Silver certification. The gross floor area of the facility is 2,324m2 and consists of 800m2 office space as well as a warehouse of 1,524m2.
